Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Updates:

Due to the COVID-19 situation, our US fulfillment center is temporarily closed. Since Jun 2020, all the customer orders are prepared and pre-labeled with USPS First Class and Priority Mail in our overseas warehouse.

The shipping route has two phases:

1. The consolidated inbound shipment is carried by UPS Express, to our mail forwarder in WI, US.

2. Once they receive the consolidated shipment, your order will enter the USPS mail stream in 1-2 business days.

We use UPS, USPS and DHL as our shipping partners, to offer reliable and fast shipping at low cost. All orders are processed and shipped out in 1 business day and may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
